Do you offer discounts on shipping for multiple item purchases?
Yes we do. Shipping for additional items is $1 for each item. Full shipping will be charged for the first item, then $1 for each item thereafter. We can handle this discount after the fact by refunding through PayPal, or you may request an invoice and the discount will be applied there.
Can I return my item for a refund or exchange?
Yes you can. The item must be returned clean, in it's original condition when purchased and in it's original package (where applicable). Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
What type of shipping services do you offer?
Paid orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days.
The majority of our items are first class US Postal Service. These costs will show up during the check out process.
Generally items sent via first class USPS arrive within 3-5 days after shipping. We have had some instances of USPS first class shipping going to the the west coast (California, Oregon and Washington) as well as to Hawaii and Alaska taking a week or longer.
We will offer priority mail shipping. Extra charges apply. We recommend this for quicker shipping times (2-3 days), especially to the west coast, Alaska and Hawaii.
